Our story

WightMade3D started with one 3D printer and a simple idea: gifts feel better when they’re made by a person, not a production line.

Today our island studio runs printers, a laser engraver and a UV printer — but every order is still designed, finished, checked and packed by hand, here on the Isle of Wight.

What we make

Personalised slate coasters, glasses holders shaped like your dog, book nooks that slide in between your novels, travel cases for injection pens, fidget toys, desk lamps and the odd pop-up middle finger. Some of it is useful, some of it is daft, all of it is made with care.

How we make it

We print in PLA, a plant-based bioplastic made from renewable corn starch. Slate coasters are laser-engraved in-house; photo pieces are UV-printed straight onto the surface so they don’t peel or fade. Nothing is made until you order it, which is why we ask for up to three working days before dispatch.

Personalisation

If you can dream up a personalisation, we’ll do our best to make it. Names, dates, photos and in-jokes are all welcome — just check the spelling at checkout, because we make exactly what you type.

Say hello

Questions, custom requests or a photo of your new coaster in the wild: shop@wightmade3d.com. We reply from the studio, usually the same day.
