Shipping policy

Every piece is made to order in our Isle of Wight studio. There's no warehouse and no stock sitting on a shelf — your order is printed, engraved or UV-printed after you place it, checked by hand, and packed here on the island.

Dispatch times

Standard items are dispatched within 3 working days. Personalised items are usually dispatched within 3 working days too; if a particular design needs longer, it'll say so on the product page. You'll get a confirmation email the moment you order and a dispatch email with tracking the moment it's on its way.

UK delivery

We send everything by Royal Mail. Everything goes Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually arrives 2–3 working days after dispatch. UK delivery is free on orders over £30; below that it’s £2.85 for coasters and small items or £3.85 for everything else. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

International delivery

Our specialist items ship worldwide by Royal Mail International Tracked. Some of our smaller gift items are UK-only because the postage would cost more than the product — if an item can't ship to your country, it will say so at checkout. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges levied by their own country; these aren't included in our prices and we can't pay them on your behalf.

If your parcel is late or lost

Royal Mail occasionally has delays. If tracking hasn't moved for 5 working days (UK) or 15 working days (international), email shop@wightmade3d.com with your order number and we'll chase it or send a replacement.

Address errors

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll happily resend it but may need to charge postage again.
