Custom logo coasters for your café, bar, office or event, printed in full colour from your own logo. Upload it on this page and we email you a proof before we print.
Branded coasters do a quiet, useful job. They sit on every table and under every drink with your name on them. Customers pick them up, clients keep them on their desks, and guests take them home from the wedding.
What we can print

How it works
- Choose the shape and quantity, then upload your logo in the Your photo box above the Add to basket button. PNG or JPG works there. Got a PDF or SVG? Reply to your order confirmation email with it.
- Tell us anything else in the note box: extra text, the link for a QR code, a background colour, or a date you need them by.
- We email you a digital proof. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
- Printed in our Isle of Wight studio and posted free to UK addresses.
Quantities
Choose a single sample, or packs of 10, 25 or 50. The price per coaster drops as the quantity goes up. Need 100 or more, or several different designs? Email shop@wightmade3d.com before you order and we’ll quote.
The coaster
- Round 95mm, or square 90mm with softly rounded corners
- Glossy white face printed edge to edge in full colour
- Rigid board with a natural cork back, so it won’t slide or mark the table
- Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Not for the dishwasher.
Larger orders may need a little longer to make. We’ll confirm your dispatch date with the proof.

Made to order and dispatched within 3 working days with Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually arrives 2–3 working days later. UK delivery is free on orders over £30; below that it’s £2.85 for coasters and small items or £3.85 for everything else. Worldwide from £14.
Standard items can be returned within 30 days. Personalised pieces can’t be returned for a change of mind, but if anything is wrong we’ll replace it or refund you in full.
Delivery
Every piece is made to order in our Isle of Wight studio and dispatched within 3 working days. We post everything with Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually arrives 2–3 working days after dispatch. You’ll get a confirmation email the moment you order, and a tracking email the moment it’s on its way.
- UK orders over £30: free delivery.
- UK orders under £30: coasters and other small items £2.85 (large letter); everything else £3.85.
- Outside the UK: small items £14, larger items £20, with Royal Mail International Tracked. Any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns — the short version
Changed your mind? You’ve got 30 days from delivery to return any standard item — just email us first. Personalised pieces are made just for you, so we can only take those back if something’s wrong — and if something is wrong, we’ll always make it right.
Standard items
If you’re not happy with a standard (non-personalised) item for any reason, email shop@wightmade3d.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Send it back unused and in its original condition, and we’ll refund it within 14 days of it reaching us. You cover the return postage, unless the item is faulty — then it’s on us.
Personalised items
Because they’re printed or engraved just for you, personalised pieces can’t be returned for a change of mind. But if yours arrives faulty, damaged, or the personalisation doesn’t match what you entered at checkout, tell us within 30 days and we’ll replace it or refund you in full, postage included. Do double-check names, dates and spellings at checkout — we make exactly what you approve.
If anything arrives less than perfect
Email a photo to shop@wightmade3d.com with your order number. Often we won’t need the item back at all — we’ll simply send a replacement or refund you straight away, and if we do need it returned, the postage is on us.
The legal bit
Nothing on this page limits your statutory rights, including your 14-day cancellation right for online purchases of non-personalised goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Most of what we make ends up as a present, so we never put prices in the parcel. Want to send it straight to them? Just use their address at checkout, and add a message in the note box at the basket — we’ll write it on a card and pop it in with the order.
Materials & care
Materials & care
3D-printed pieces are made in PLA, a plant-based bioplastic from renewable corn starch. Keep them out of direct sun and away from heat — a hot car or a radiator will soften them. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
Slate coasters are laser-engraved by hand and are naturally uneven; each one is unique. Photo pieces are UV-printed directly onto the surface, so the image won’t peel or fade.
