Personalised pet photo coasters printed from your own picture of your dog, cat or any much-loved pet. Upload the photo on this page and we print it in our Isle of Wight studio.
Their face, on the coffee table, every single day. The daft one who steals socks. The cat who only tolerates you. The puppy who is now grey round the muzzle.
How to send your photo
Use the Your photo box above the Add to basket button and pick the photo straight from your phone. JPG or PNG works best. Want a different photo on each coaster, one per pet? Upload your favourite here, then reply to your order confirmation email with the others.
We check every photo before it goes anywhere near the printer. If it’s too small, too dark or going to crop an ear off, we’ll email you first.
Remembering a pet
If you’re ordering for a pet who has passed away, we take extra care. Older or lower-quality photos are fine to send, and we’ll tell you honestly how it will print before we print it. Add their name and dates in the note box if you’d like them on the coaster.

- A set of 4 with four photos: one of each. Ideal for a multi-pet household.
The coaster
- Round 95mm, or square 90mm with softly rounded corners
- Your photo printed edge to edge in full colour on a glossy white face
- Rigid board with a natural cork back, so it sits flat and won’t scratch the table
- Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Not for the dishwasher.
Photo tips for pets
- Get down to their eye level and choose one where they’re looking at you
- Keep ears and noses away from the very edges, especially on a round coaster
- Send the original from your phone, not a screenshot
- Dark fur prints best from a bright photo taken in daylight

Made to order and dispatched within 3 working days with Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually arrives 2–3 working days later. UK delivery is free on orders over £30; below that it’s £2.85 for coasters and small items or £3.85 for everything else. Worldwide from £14.
Standard items can be returned within 30 days. Personalised pieces can’t be returned for a change of mind, but if anything is wrong we’ll replace it or refund you in full.
Delivery
Every piece is made to order in our Isle of Wight studio and dispatched within 3 working days. We post everything with Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually arrives 2–3 working days after dispatch. You’ll get a confirmation email the moment you order, and a tracking email the moment it’s on its way.
- UK orders over £30: free delivery.
- UK orders under £30: coasters and other small items £2.85 (large letter); everything else £3.85.
- Outside the UK: small items £14, larger items £20, with Royal Mail International Tracked. Any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns — the short version
Changed your mind? You’ve got 30 days from delivery to return any standard item — just email us first. Personalised pieces are made just for you, so we can only take those back if something’s wrong — and if something is wrong, we’ll always make it right.
Standard items
If you’re not happy with a standard (non-personalised) item for any reason, email shop@wightmade3d.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Send it back unused and in its original condition, and we’ll refund it within 14 days of it reaching us. You cover the return postage, unless the item is faulty — then it’s on us.
Personalised items
Because they’re printed or engraved just for you, personalised pieces can’t be returned for a change of mind. But if yours arrives faulty, damaged, or the personalisation doesn’t match what you entered at checkout, tell us within 30 days and we’ll replace it or refund you in full, postage included. Do double-check names, dates and spellings at checkout — we make exactly what you approve.
If anything arrives less than perfect
Email a photo to shop@wightmade3d.com with your order number. Often we won’t need the item back at all — we’ll simply send a replacement or refund you straight away, and if we do need it returned, the postage is on us.
The legal bit
Nothing on this page limits your statutory rights, including your 14-day cancellation right for online purchases of non-personalised goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Most of what we make ends up as a present, so we never put prices in the parcel. Want to send it straight to them? Just use their address at checkout, and add a message in the note box at the basket — we’ll write it on a card and pop it in with the order.
Materials & care
Materials & care
3D-printed pieces are made in PLA, a plant-based bioplastic from renewable corn starch. Keep them out of direct sun and away from heat — a hot car or a radiator will soften them. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
Slate coasters are laser-engraved by hand and are naturally uneven; each one is unique. Photo pieces are UV-printed directly onto the surface, so the image won’t peel or fade.
